Trip to Oktoberfest

The trip to Oktoberfest is one of ESN's oldest traditions: a must-experience, one of european biggest and most famous events, held in Munich in Bayern!

Our schedule will be really tough, but we know you can make it: 

• 10 PM of Friday: Meeting point in front of Bocconi Library 
• Early Saturday morning: Arrival in Munich, quick breakfast on the bus, then ready to go!
• All Saturday: Oktoberfest
• 10 PM of Saturday: Meeting point in front of the Statue of Bavaria, departure for Milan
• Early Sunday morning: Arrival in Milan, tired but happy!

Fee is 55 € for transportation, insurance and Saturday's breakfast, the entrance in Oktoberfest's pavillons is free. 

In order to register, fill in this form first and then come to our office and sign up in the next days!

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY

Due to last immigration flows in Europe, controls at the borders have been intensified, so please: 

• Fill in the form carefully with all ID information (ID number if you are UE citizens, Passport and Visa number otherwise)
• Bring your ID or Passport with Visa with you during the trip 

If you are a non-EU student pay attention to your Visa: if it is a ONE-ENTRY Visa you will not be allowed to re-enter in Italy!

Useful Information:

• Bring your Health Insurance/Medical Card with you - hopefully you will not need it, but it is better prevent than cure (hospital care without the card is very expensive!)
• Backpacks and big bags are not allowed inside pavillons, and same for food and drinks; you can leave them on the bus, but you will not be able to have access to them all day long
• German nights are cold: bring some hoodie or blanket for the travel
